July has been an exciting month for Dead By Daylight. We’ve recently had The Walking Dead PTB revealing perks for Rick Grimes and Michonne, and there are still daily logins to collect from BeHaviour Interactive’s final Twisted Masquerade event. While all of this has been great, there is some unfortunate news that big changes have been made to the Dead By Daylight July 2025 roadmap in the form of BeHaviour cancelling a fan-favorite DBD LTM.

Below is the remainder of the Dead By Daylight July 2025 roadmap based on everything that has been announced so far:
- Waterfront Massacre Collection skins – July 16th
- Orela Rose
- The Xenomorph
- Ace Visconti
- Elodie Rakoto
- Free character trials re-enabled – July 17th – 24th
- Twisted Masquerade extended – ends July 24th
- The Walking Dead Chapter release – July 29th
Chaos Shuffle was announced to be returning on July 16th alongside the Waterfront Massacre skins, but it’s unfortunately been cancelled. As for why Chaos Shuffle has been cancelled, BeHaviour confirmed on X that it’s because the planned implementation of an anti-slugging solution did not meet the developer’s standards following internal testing.
So, rather than running Chaos Shuffle without anti-slugging, BeHaviour have decided to extend Twisted Masquerade until July 24th. To make up for this, BeHaviour is adding more Quests to complete, currency and rewards will still be available to unlock, and BeHaviour is re-enabling free character trials between July 17th and 24th.
As for what’s after The Twisted Masquerade, all we know so far is that The Walking Dead Chapter is coming out on July 29th. Rick Grimes and Michonne are the Survivors, but there is a Legendary Daryl Dixon skin that will let you play as Norman Reedus in The Fog as well as Death Stranding 2.
