The remaining chapters for DBD in 2025 include Rick and Michonne for The Walking Dead on July 29th, and then we will be treated to an original Chapter based on Asian folklore in September. To cap the year off, there will be a licensed episode starring two survivors and one killer in November, speculated to be anything from Resident Evil and Stranger Things to even Danganronpa. Then the first chapter of 2026 and final for Year 10 is scheduled for March, and it will star an original survivor and new realm. We don’t know much about this Chapter, but it is being heavily hyped by BeHaviour Interactive, and Dead By Daylight fans believe BeHaviour are possibly planning an All-Kill Chapter 2.
Dead By Daylight fans speculate All-Killer Chapter 2
BeHaviour Interactive conducted an AMA with the Dead By Daylight Reddit community on July 23rd. During this AMA, BeHaviour personnel hyped the March 2026 realm and teased a rework for The Trickster.
Regarding whether there is any news on the swamp map updates, Deadbydaylight_dev responded, “For our March 2026 Chapter, we want to do something really special and are focusing our map resources there to create a very special brand-new realm… we’re looking at how we can prioritize swamp after this”.
Another user asked if there are any plans to “create maps with more unique themes and layouts such as urban maps or waterside maps”. Deadbydaylight_dev responded, “let’s just say – we’ve got you covered. And we think you’ll be very pleased – but you’ll have to wait until March 2026”. This seemingly confirms that the March 2026 realm is “urban” or “waterside”.
Lastly, BeHaviour was asked about the timeline regarding a rework for The Trickster. BeHaviour explained they “have been hard at work to bring The Trickster’s kit to the next level” and they have had a “wonderful focus group session with dedicated Trickster players to validate the direction we [BeHaviour] are going in”. Lastly, BeHaviour said fans can “expect to hear more in early 2026”.
Based on all the above interactions, Dead By Daylight fans have speculated the March 2026 Chapter could possibly be a sequel to All-Kill or at least a spiritual successor. BeHaviour have seemingly alluded to the March 2026 realm being “urban,” and fans believe it could possibly be Seoul, Korea, after the streets of Seoul were seen in the Trickster’s lobby but never added to the game.
In addition, BeHaviour has said the March 2026 original survivor is connected to a pre-existing original killer in the game, and The Trickster rework coming out in early 2026 would coincide with the Chapter. There’s also the fact that next year marks the fifth anniversary of All-Kill as it came out on March 30th, 2021, and it is arguably BeHaviour’s most popular original episode.
It’s not guaranteed that the March 2026 survivor and realm are connected to All-Kill, but it’s a possibility speculated by users on LeaksDBD in response to the AMA. It would be fantastic, but, ultimately, all we can do is wait and see.
