All DC Universe Online players impacted by the Sony Online Entertainment personal data breach will receive 30 days subscription credit, plus one day for each day the service was unavailable.
In addition, every impacted player will receive a Batman-inspired mask appearance item.
“Please bear with us as the complexities of the subscription server dictate how and when this will be available along with pertinent details,” wrote SOE on the game’s Facebook page. We will be releasing more information this week. Thanks again for your patience!”
Free game time is a decent gesture, but we reckon there will be many players wanting more in the way of compensation for the loss of their personal data.
