The second DLC expansion for MMO DC Universe Online will be released late this year, according to SOE.
The Lightning Strikes DLC will include the game’s eighth power set, Electricity Powers, as well as an adventure starring The Flash.
Additionally users will see a new Central City map, gear, and characters including Livewire, Black Lightning, The Top, The Trickster, and Static.
Lightning Strikes will be available for free to all Legendary members, however it will cost Premium and Free users $9.99.
DC Universe Online recently reached 1 million players after going free-to-play.
