DBD developer Behaviour Interactive has finally given players a preview of its latest cosmetic series, and killer mains will undoubtedly rejoice at the new killer outfits they can get their hands on. Fittingly called the Horrors from the Deep, this collection includes a skin for The Dredge that turns the peculiar-looking, locker-bursting villain into a horrific mutant bipedal crab.

In addition to The Dredge’s new Crustacean Threat outfit, Behaviour also revealed another similarly themed skin for The Blight, the Aquatic Abomination, via its blog post. Although the devs didn’t announce prices for both cosmetics, we expect these to cost 1080 Auric Cells (around $9.99) since they’ve classified both skins as ‘Very Rare’ — a tier lower than Ultra Rare cosmetics, which are typically priced at 1485 Auric Cells (approx. $15).

Unsurprisingly, both cosmetics have been met with plenty of positive reactions because The Dredge has noticeably lacked alternative costumes since Behaviour released the killer. It also helps that the Crustacean Threat happens to be one of the better skins Behaviour has released in recent memory, so some players are predictably eager to add it to their collection.

If you want to grab it yourself, you can do so now by heading into the Dead by Daylight store. Unfortunately, like most cosmetics, you can only buy these new skins using Auric Cells, not Iridescent Shards. Of course, this isn’t necessary to improve your in-game experience if you’re just starting out. But if you’re a killer main who’s tired of seeing the same old Dredge and Blight outfits match in and match out, the new DBD Horrors from the Deep collection may be for you.
