The DayZ standalone game, which remains in Alpha, has now sold 1.7 million copies, the game’s creator Dean Hall revealed during a developer session at EGX Rezzed 2014 today.
Furthermore, the original Arma 2 mod has now been downloaded more than 2 million times.
Hall also revealed that Bohemia has acquired Slovakia-based Cauldron Studios. Rebranded Bohemia Slovakia, the 25-person team will be focussed only on DayZ.
