Introversion has ended speculation, announcing the autumn 2008 release of Darwinia and Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest, Introversion’s latest title. The two games will be available in one package, something Introversion is calling Darwinia+. Multiwinia will also be released simultaneously for PC.
“When we first started Introversion back in 2001, the idea of developing our games for a console seemed an impossible challenge, and whilst we have built a fantastic community around our PC games, and will continue to support that, it has always been our dream to take the next step and produce a console title,” said Introversion Creative Director Chris Delay.
Expect more announcements concerning Darwinia+ and Multiwinia over the coming months.
