An online petition to see a PC port of Dark Souls has gathered over 44,000 signatures after a Namco Bandai representative suggested doing so.
“There is always possibilities to have games adapted on PC and the good news is that Dark Souls is not a 100% typical Console game so the adaptation is possible” said Namco Bandai administrator shoupinou.
“Now to make things happen, let’s say the demand has to be properly done. someone to make a successful petition?”
Namco Bandai announced last November that the game had shipped 1.5 million copies globally.
“Dark Souls isn’t a game you play for fun,” wrote Jamin in his 8/10 Dark Souls review last October. “It’s something you do to say you’ve done; like running a marathon or climbing Everest.”
