Former Crytek lead Ury Zhilinsky has joined Red 5 Studios, the team developing co-op shooter Firefall, as a senior graphics programmer.
Zhilinsky has previously worked on projects such as Crysis 2 as well as the CryENGINE 3.
Red 5 Studios also announced earlier this year its hiring of ex-Frag Doll Morgan Romine as head of its e-Sports division, while the studio continues to develop Firefall as an e-Sports community-oriented shooter.
Additionally, the game includes the likes of former team lead for World of Warcraft, and a script written by the great Orson Scott Card.
Firefall is scheduled to launch this December.
