The recently rolled out 1.3 patch for Crysis 3 has had a less than desirable affect on the performance of the game on PC, gamers are reporting.

Users are experiencing lower frame rates than those achieved prior to the update.

“We are aware of some performance issues that have risen since the release of Patch 1.3,” acknowledged Crytek. “These are being worked on as a top priority and we will release a small update to fix these issues as soon as possible. More info will be posted here when it is available.”

Patch 1.3 is also now available on PS3 and Xbox 360.
