Crysis 2 will get its first DLC add-on next week, EA has announced. The Retaliation Pack is scheduled for release on May 17 and will include four new multiplayer maps: Shipyard, Park Avenue, Transit and Compound. No price has been confirmed.
The four maps are coming to PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, the latter’s release date obviously subject to the PlayStation Store being online. Sony’s currently hoping to restore PSN in its entirety by May 31, with services such as online multiplayer coming sooner than the PlayStation Store.
We expect four maps to cost in the region of 800 to 1200 MS Points on Xbox LIVE Marketplace, so something around £10 on PSN. The game’s doing well for EA so we assume fans can expect further DLC in the months to come.
