Creative Assembly has revealed gameplay footage of Alien Isolation’s earlier third-person build.
The third-person gameplay was shown off by creative director Alistair Hope at GDC last night, and shows lead character Amanda Ripley taking cover behind crates to avoid being detected by the Xenomorph.
The earlier look was said to have been inspired by other games in the genre, including third-person games Dead Space and Resident Evil 4, before the developer made the jump into first-person for the final release.
