It appears Microsoft made a little blunder when it sent out an earlier email responding to Xbox 360’s January NPD results. In that email Crackdown 2 is listed for release in June, which the platform holder has now stated was done so in error.
“We have not announced a launch date for Crackdown 2 and the time frame listed in the mail was incorrect. Please look for an announcement on this title at a later date,” said the Microsoft statement.
At least Xbox fans have the May Halo Reach beta and Alan Wake launch to keep them busy.
