Crackdown 3 has a new release date

Microsoft has pinned a February 15, 2019 release date on the highly anticipated Crackdown 3, meaning it won't be competing with the likes of Metro and Anthem anymore.

Crackdown 3 has been a long time coming, having endured multiple delays during its development. The game was initially due out alongside the Xbox One X on November 7, 2017 before being pushed to spring 2018, and the finally into early 2019.

Relax though, as Microsoft's Phil Spencer has assured the game won't suffer anymore delays.

As for Wrecking Zone, Microsoft has revealed that it'll take the form of a five-on-five deathmatch offering, all set inside a specialised arena. Take a look at it in the new trailer below.
