Sledgehammer Games has confirmed that Covert Storm, the latest community event for Call of Duty: WWII, is now live and will remain active until September 25.
Much like previous events for the critically acclaimed World War II shooter, Covert Storm gives you the chance to hoover up a bunch free goodies, including three new weapons and extra camos. There's no new maps around this time, though.
In terms of firearms, you'll be able to get your mitts on the AS-44 assault rifle, the Proto X-1 submachine gun, and the VMG 1927 light machine gun. There's also a new Command Division and animated camos to keep you busy.
Call of Duty: WWII was released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in November 2017. The game's fourth and final expansion, Shadow War, is now available for PS4 owners of the game.
