The delayed PC beta of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will go live on November 30, Valve has announced.

The beta will initially launch with two maps: de_Dust and de_Dust2. “Can’t wait to see people getting to play the changes in Dust,” said the CS:GO Twitter feed.

Valve originally delayed the beta, which was scheduled for October, because of feedback from professional Counter-Strike 1.6 players.

“The pro feedback was mainly about feel, damage, bullet spread, recoil, look, economy, defuse kits, etc, etc, etc” said Valve.

The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta will grow as it continues, culminating in an open beta ahead of the game’s official launch.

Counter-Strike “feels like it’s never really been away, but I certainly can’t wait to have it back” said VideoGamer.com in its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive preview.
