Sean Connery will appear in EA’s From Russia With Love videogame. EA hold the James Bond license and From Russia with Love will be a return to the semi-successful gameplay that was last seen in Everything or Nothing, ditching the FPS gameplay that was such a critical disaster.

As you may have assumed, Connery’s likeness will be his 1963 look and not the now rather aged 2005 appearance. Connery will be joined in the game by Q (Desmond Llewelyn), Donald Grant (Robert Shaw) and Miss Moneypenny (Lois Maxwell).

Connery commented on his appearance in the game saying that “As an artist, I see this as another way to explore the creative process.” “Videogames are an extremely popular form of entertainment today, and I am looking forward to seeing how it all fits together,” he continued. Whether or not his voice will be included in the game remains to be seen (or heard).

From Russia With Love will be released on PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube later this year and expect it to be one of EA’s major games at E3 in May.
