As the North American Launch of the Xbox 360 draws nearer, we’ll begin to see which games are going to make the console’s debut. SEGA has announced that its first-person psychological thriller Condemned: Criminal Origins has gone gold and will be available at the launch of the Xbox 360 on November 22nd.

In Condemned, developed by Monolith Productions, the same studio behind the first-person psychological shooter F.E.A.R., the player must use their instincts, forensic tools and melee combat to track down serial killers and bring them to justice. The game makes use of the Xbox 360’s next-generation hardware with “photo-realistic backdrops, life-like physics, and highly sophisticated artificial intelligence.

Condemned: Criminal Origins is rated “M” (Mature) and will be available for around $59.99 from November 22nd. There is no official word on whether the game will be available at the European launch on December 2nd, but there is a good chance seeing as the game is now complete.
