Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is out a week today, but that doesn’t mean there’s no enjoyment to be had from the first Modern Warfare.
The game’s one and only DLC release, the Variety Map Pack, is now available at half its usual price on Xbox LIVE Marketplace, meaning only 400 MS Points. There are also reports that the DLC is half price for PS3, although this currently only seems to be the case on the US PlayStation Store.
The Variety Map Pack includes: “Creek,” a wide-open village ravaged by combat where concealment is the difference between life and death; “Broadcast,” fight throughout an enemy communications building with confined corridors and wide-open parking lots; “Chinatown,” a foggy downtown district, lit only by a full moon and the neon glow of the city; and “Killhouse,” featuring a desolate training warehouse filled with a variety of building mock-ups and soft and hard cover points.
