In a recent interview, Cliff ‘CliffyB’ ‘Dudge Huge’ ‘Clifford the Big Red Dog’ Bleszinski has talked about the performance of his latest game LawBreakers, and come to the conclusion he needs to ‘try to be less of a dick, honestly.’

LawBreakers, an extremely fast paced team shooter, and Bleszinski’s first game since leaving Epic Games and founding his own studio Boss Key, hasn’t been doing so well. The numbers on PC have been especially low, though Bleszinski says it’s doing okay on PS4.

‘I have to keep this game alive, first and foremost,’ Bleszinski told Gamespot. ‘I can be very cocky and very brash on social media. And realising that, you know, we have a fledgling player base. It’s been very humbling for me. I’m going to continue to iterate on this game, continue to add to it. And try to be less of a dick, honestly.’

Bleszinski describes supporting LawBreakers into the future as ‘a marathon, not a sprint’. It would be a shame to see LawBreakers die out of the gate, since it reviewed positively and the active player base, such as it is, seems to really enjoy it. Good luck to you, CliffyB.
