Konami has officially announced Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood, a compilation of two of the series' most acclaimed outings exclusively for PlayStation 4.

If you've been keeping up with VideoGamer the last week or so, then this shouldn't come as much of a shocker. Castlevania Requiem was outed twice, once on the Korean ratings board and then again on the ESRB.

As for the games themselves, both titles have received a visual facelift thanks to 4K/1080p upscaling, high resolution backgrounds, and smoothing options. Fans can also look forward to Trophy support and DualShock 4 vibration functionality.

In case you aren't an avid follower of Castlevania, Rondo of Blood came out back in 1993 for the SNES, while Symphony of the Night arrived on PlayStation in 1997. While both are highly regarded by critics, the latter is considered one of the best games of all time, let alone one of the best Castlevania titles.

Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood will be released digitally on October 26.
