Today saw the long awaited XBLA release of Castle Crashers from The Behemoth, developer of much loved side-scrolling action title Alien Hominid.
Castle Crashers features a mix of beat ’em up action with RPG elements which enable players to hack, slash and smash their way to victory. The game is priced 1200 MS Points and includes 20 levels, over 40 weapons, more than 20 unlockable characters and online/local cooperative player.
The price point is a little higher than your average XBLA title, but The Behemoth claims Castle Crashers is one of the largest games on the service.
