Warner Bros. has resurrected the developer behind Disney Infinity and put them to work on Cars 3: Driven to Win. It’s releasing in June 2017 to tie in with the new Cars 3 movie.

Driven to Win is releasing on basically every console, including Xbox 360, PS3 and WiiU. This is quite clearly a racing game for kids, and pushing it to as many platforms as possible gives more of them a chance to have a go, which is commendable.

The game is being made by Avalanche Software, the developer behind Disney Infinity. It was closed by Disney in May 2016. Warner Bros. Interactive announced they’d acquired Avalanche in January this year.

Anyway, please enjoy the first look trailer. In it a man says that being a champion is ‘More than being the first to finish’, but I was under the impression that being the first to finish is a large proportion of being a racing champion.
