Capcom has announced a partnership with Camelot Software Planning to develop an all-new golf title for the Wii. Camelot is best known for its work on Hot Shots Golf and the Mario Golf series and has a track record of creating entertaining sports titles.

We Love Golf will transform the Wii Remote into a virtual set of golf clubs, immersing the player in a golfing experience in their own home.

Using the Wii Remote players will be able to choose clubs, line up shots, swing and even add fade and draw with a simple flick of the wrist. Capcom is promising a host of game modes, multiple characters and plenty of unlockable content.

We Love Golf is currently scheduled for release in 2008.
