Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, the latest title in Techland’s rootin’ tootin’ Wild West series, will release on Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC on May 22.

The game will cost £11.99 on PSN and PC, and 1200 Microsoft Points on XBLA.

Players who pre-order the PC version of the game via Uplay, however, will be offered an additional bonus: a free copy of Call of Juarez: Bound In Blood available to access immediately, and an exclusive ‘Legendary Weapon Pack’ featuring additional rifles and pistols.

“Call of Juarez Gunslinger is a real homage to the Wild West tales and era,” says Ubisoft. “Players will live the epic journey of Silas Greaves, a ruthless bounty hunter who spent his life on the trail of the West’s most notorious outlaws. Now it is Silas’ time to tell his story, which is linked to the history of the Wild West era: a mix of myths and historical facts.”

Alongside the release date’s announcement, Ubisoft also released a new set of screenshots and a brand new trailer, which you can take a look at below.

Techland’s next game, Dead Island: Riptide, releases this Friday on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. But yeah, about that…
