A Call of Duty: Black Ops Limited Edition will be released in North America on June 28, Activision has confirmed.
The “Limited Edition” release was outed by retailer GameStop (spotted by Joystiq), before Activision piped up and made it all official.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops Limited Edition will include the original game plus a token to download the First Strike map pack DLC. PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will be available priced $59.99 – the same price as the regular edition.
Activision is yet to comment on a UK release for the Black Ops Limited Edition and we’ve not seen the SKU appear at UK retailers.
