Treyarch, developer of Call of Duty Black Ops 4 has launched a free weekend for the four maps featured in the Black Ops Pass for the game on all formats.
The event means that players can blast around Elevation, Madagascar, Casino and Lockup regardless of if they own the pass or not from now until Monday. Furthermore, there's double XP in Multiplayer and Zombies, double the Merits in Blackout mode and twice the Tier Progression whether they're on Xbox One, PS4 or PC.
It's all ahead of the Shock and Awe seasonal event, which runs through until the end of March and has started already on PS4 thanks to the timed exclusivity deal, and will be coming to PC and Xbox next week. That event sees seasonal changes in some modes around a St Patrick's Day theme, including green-eyed undead in Zombies mode.
The free weekend lasts from now until 10am PT Monday (around 5PM UK time.) Further information can be found in Treyarch's post announcing the event on Reddit.
