Black Ops 4's battle royale mode is known as Blackout, and is the first game in the franchise's history to support the popular feature.
Despite this, not much else is known about Blackout, only that it will support the biggest number of players in a multiplayer environment that Call of Duty has seen to date.
While contemporary titles such as Fortnite and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds offer 100 players duking it out in battle royale, 60 players is technically the biggest number we've seen for Activision's military behemoth, so it's still a major step forward.
Obviously this screenshot shouldn't be taken as an official confirmation, though with Black Ops 4 due out in a few months, we should hear something soon enough.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is pencilled in for release on October 12 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. Controversially, the game will not include a dedicated single-player campaign, though that doesn't mean we won't ever see one again in the future.
Those of you who want to dip into its post-launch content will have to fork out for the season pass for the privilege, however.
