Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for Xbox 360 makes use art work not screens on the back cover of the game’s box.

Under images for Multplayer and Zombies modes, a disclaimer notes: “Not actual in-game images”.

The PS4 game box uses actual in-game screens.

Perhaps Activision decided using real in-game images from the Xbox 360 version of Black Ops 3 would put off potential buyers.
