Xbox 360 launch title Call of Duty 2 is heading to Xbox One backward compatibility today, Microsoft has announced.

If you’ve got it, pop the disc into your Xbox One and you’ll be prompted to download the necessary files. Alternatively, you can grab it directly from the Xbox Store for £14.99.

Call of Duty 2 launched way back in November 2005, and tells the stories of multiple soldiers over the course of World War 2. It was also the last WW2 game developed by the series creator Infinity Ward, which went on to develop the Modern Warfare series, Call of Duty: Ghosts and this year’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Tom called it a “thoroughly entertaining and immersive experience” in his original review, explaining that “if you’ve got an Xbox 360 you’d be a fool to miss out on such an involving first-person shooter”.
