Further evidence that an HD remaster of adrenaline-pumping racer Burnout Paradise is in the pipeline has surfaced in a new retailer listing.

Base.com has gone live (via PSU) with a posting for the much-rumored Burnout Paradise HD Remaster on its website, claiming the updated version of the hit title will hit PS4 (and presumably Xbox One) on March 30.

Publisher Electronic Arts has not officially announced a high-definition version of the game yet, but it was previously reported that the racer would be getting spruced up for modern console in Japan.

The Base listing doesn’t feature any other info other than a £34.99 price tag, although it’s looking increasingly likely we’ll hear something from EA soon enough. For now though, digest this tasty morsel with a pinch of salt just in case.

Burnout Paradise was released on PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 ten years ago(!) and was widely acclaimed for its implementation of a lush, open world for players to explore at their leisure.
