Black Forest Games has announced, alongside a new trailer, that Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back will launch on October 31.  A limited physical edition of the game will also be available to purr-chase if it should strike your fancy.
The Woolies Strike Back is an all new Bubsy adventure for the long-dormant series. Yes, Bubsy is back. For some reason. The lovable bobcat has set off on a journey across a number of exotic locations as he searches for his Golden Fleece, which has been pinched by the Woolies. Players will be able to dig their claws into all of the feline’s classic move set, and even some of his newly learnt moves, as Bubsy tries to take down those pesky Woolies and alien bosses. This’ll be the fifth game in the series, and the first game in 21 years for the bobbing bobcat. Mee-ow.
Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back Purrfect Edition will be available in limited quantities, and it will come with the game, a CD containing the game’s soundtrack, a ‘mystery Bubsy movie poster postcard’, and Busby’s official business card.
Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back is out on October 31 for PS4.
