Broken Age will release on PlayStation Store for PS4 and PS Vita on April 29, Double Fine has announced. The release date is the same day as Act 2’s launch on PC.

Broken Age tells the story of Vella Tartine and Shay Volta, two teenagers in strangely similar situations but radically different worlds. Players can freely switch between the two characters.

Shay is voiced by Elijah Wood from Lord of the Rings, and Vella by Masasa Moyo who played Sarah in Team America. Jack Black, Jennifer Hale and Pendleton Ward also make appearances.

The PlayStation version is Cross Buy and Cross Save compatible, meaning you can buy one version and play on both PS4 and Vita with the same game save.
