According to Borderlands design director Paul Helquist, upcoming DLC The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned will offer between four and six hours gameplay in a game area comparable to one of the smaller zones found in the main campaign.
“We think of it about the same size as one of the smaller zones in the main game. It’s probably four to six hours of new gameplay with a lot of new regions, new monsters, that kind of thing. It’s probably about the size of the Arid Badlands [the starting zone] and one or two of the doglegs,” explained Helquist to MTV Multiplayer.
That sounds like a fairly decent chunk of game for a $10/800 MS Points expansion.
The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned will be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 from November 24.
