A blue Wii console will be released as part of a bundle featuring Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Nintendo has announced.

The new Wii bundle, launching across Europe on November 18, includes a newly configured Wii console in blue and a copy of Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Nintendo didn’t mention blue controllers, but given a Blue Wii Remote Plus already exists this seems a given.

Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games takes Mario, Sonic and all of their friends to London, the home of the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games. Players will be able to take part in new Olympic events such as Football, Show Jumping and Canoeing, while many favourite past events make a return, including the 100m Sprint, Aquatics and Table Tennis.

A number of other Wii bundles are also being announced this autumn.
