FDG Games has announced that it’s bringing its action RPG, Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King, as a console exclusive on the Nintendo Switch this winter. A charming debut trailer, which showcases the pixelated adventure in action, has also been released.

Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King sees players go on an epic adventure to save the Kingdom of Blossom from the looming threat of eternal darkness. As Lily, a Knight of the Rose, players will slash their way through monster-infested dungeons, collecting a variety of weapons, harnessing magic spells, solving dangerous puzzles, and defeating powerful bosses in this colourful story. As you can see from the trailer, Blossom Tales couldn’t look more like Link to the Past, and with the inclusion of multiple dungeons, the exact same combat style, and similar art-style, it’ll be like taking a trip down memory lane.

The game received a positive reception following its PC release in March 2017.

Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King will be released on the Nintendo Switch in late 2017.
