Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will be released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on June 18, 505 Games and ArtPlay have announced. A Nintendo Switch version will follow on June 25.
For those out of the loop, Bloodstained is the brainchild of Koji Igarashi, the creator behind the venerable and much-loved Castlevania franchise. Unsurprisingly, the game has been labelled a spiritual successor to the vampire-hunting series.
And yes, that means RPG mechanics, Metroidvania-style progression, and gorgeous 2.5D visuals. Check out a trailer below.
