Epic Games design director Cliff Bleszinski has tweeted to confirm that his previously teased “kick ass” news is indeed the Gears of war crossover in Capcom’s Lost Planet 2. However, he also added a new tease to ensure fans remain on the edge of their seats.
“Yes, that’s the news. I said “kick ass” which I think it is,” posted Bleszinski. “Keep your eyes open for “megaton face melting news.”
Only last month Bleszinski said that Epic was working on a “bunch of awesome s**t”, which hopefully will be revealed “when the weather’s warm”.
Megaton face melting news and warmer weather can only mean one thing: Gears of War 3 to be announced at E3 2010.
