Historical “troop command action” title Bladestorm: Nightmare will launch on PS4 and Xbox One in Europe on March 6, 2015, Koei Tecmo has announced.
A digital PS3 version will also be released at the same time.
Bladestorm: Nightmare puts players in the role of a mercenary, either fighting for England or for France in missions inspired by real events and battles from the era of the Hundred Years War.
In addition to the historically accurate Bladestorm campaign, a stand-alone Nightmare mode features a new fictional scenario in which a mysterious horde of creatures appears led by an evil Joan of Arc.
Players must defeat the army of dragons, giants and demons and restore Joan of Arc to her former self.
