UPDATE: Activision has officially announced the Black Ops II Season Pass, and confirmed that Call of Duty: Elite will be free to all users. Head through here for more info.

ORIGINAL STORY: Details of a Call of Duty: Black Ops II Season Pass have allegedly been leaked ahead of its official announcement.

According to MP1st, the Season Pass will cost £34.99 and include access to four downloadable map packs, including “Multiplayer and Zombies playable content”.

The content is expected to be available in 2013.

Details of the Season Pass were allegedly posted to the official Black Ops II website over the weekend. The announcement was later pulled.

News of the Season Pass provoked questions over how Call of Duty: Elite will be integrated with Black Ops II.

Players who signed up to a premium Call of Duty: Elite subscription for last year’s Modern Warfare 3 were entitled to all downloadable content at no additional cost.

Activision is yet to announce details of a Black Ops II Season Pass or details on how Call of Duty: Elite will be integrated with the game.
