A new playable character is heading to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s multiplayer mode next Tuesday, June 14, Activision has announced.

Blackjack, the game’s Black Market vendor, can be unlocked as a playable Specialist by completing ‘Mercenary Contracts’, a new type of weekly challenge due to be added to the game. Once completed, you’ll be given the chance to play as him for a “limited gameplay time”.

Blackjack features two unique abilities, including the option to access the weapon of each Specialist he kills, and another that lets him active a random Ability at an accelerated rate.

The new character will be joined by new Daily and Weekly Contracts, which reward players with Cryptokeys for fulfilling objectives each day/week. Examples of contracts including scoring 10 headshots, or getting 25 kills using Scorestreaks. Special non-timed contracts, meanwhile, will offer bonus rewards like Rare Supply Drops upon completion. You can check out how the system works in the video below.

Contracts will only be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
