BioWare has failed to confirm the leaked January 2010 release date for Mass Effect 2, saying only that the game is due out “early next year”.
Earlier today marketing on Eurogamer.net listed the game for a January 2010 release date. The information was subsequently removed.
During EA’s E3 2009 press conference, BioWare’s Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk said the game will be released on Xbox 360 and PC “early next year”.
