Bungie’s latest Weekly Update brings with it news that there will be “some pretty BIG surprises and maybe announcements in the coming week. You see, not only does Microsoft celebrate five years since the launch of the Xbox, but Bungie is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Halo.
The Bungie team will also be taking “a long lingering look at the series to date, which of course is all coming to a conclusion with Halo 3 next year.
The Bungie lot also took time to congratulate Cliffy B and the rest of the Epic Games team for their work on Gears of War, and Rare for releasing Viva Pinata – what a nice bunch they are.
