One of E3’s biggest reveals was definitely Beyond Good & Evil 2, which was shown off via a new cinematic trailer during Ubisoft’s media briefing. One of the details missing from the press conference was what platforms the game would be available on, but it seems that we now have some confirmation.

The Space Monkey Program was something that was touted during the re-announcement, and appears to be a way to sign up for a newsletter, and potentially future betas. The blurb on the official website says signing up will allow you to ‘be the first to play, to share ideas and inspirations, and to crash test all of the creative and gameplay elements that make up our game world: as early and as often as possible!’

A NeoGAF user signed up to the program, and towards the end of the process, you’re seemingly asked whether your preferred platform is PC, Xbox One, or PlayStation 4.

Due to the fact no formats were announced during Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, many wondered if the game would come to Nintendo Switch. While this isn’t necessarily nailed on, this isn’t the best news for those who are hoping to play Beyond Good & Evil 2 on their Nintendo Switch. Details are quite sparse anyway, so who knows what will happen in the years to come.
