During the E3 2019 Bethesda showcase, the company announced Orion, a streaming solution which acts as a middleman for other streaming services.
This streaming software works on the game engine level, reducing latency and facilitating game streaming on lower bandwidths.
Bethesda described Orion as, 'a patented collection of software technologies that will optimize game engines for superior performance in a streaming environment.'

Furthermore, the company has stated, 'An Orion-enabled game will be faster, more fluid, and provide players with a fundamentally better streaming experience, regardless of the game or streaming platform.'
This is a great move, considering Google Stadia and Microsoft's xCloud are at pushing cloud-based game streaming.
