Battlefield V has brought back fan-favourite Rush mode as part of Unstoppable Force, the final update for the World War II shooter's Lightning Strikes update.

Rush mode is now available to take for a spin on three of Battlefield V's maps – Twisted Steel, Narvik, and Devastation – although it will only be available for a limited time, wrapping up on March 20.

If you're not a Battlefield veteran, Rush mode essentially has two teams of 16 slugging it out for control of key sections of the map. One side has to plant explosives on these points, while the other team must stop them from accomplishing the task. It's actually a lot of fun, and one of the most strategically rewarding modes in the series.

Outside of Rush mode, Unstoppable Force also adds two Weekly Challenges, which when completed rewards you with two new planes: the RAF's Mosquito FB Mk VI and the Luftwaffe's Junkers JU-88C.

Finally, there's a new patch up for grabs on all platforms, although it's pretty minor. Grab the full details here.

Battlefield V came out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One back in November, and is a pretty decent shooter despite the fact it felt a little incomplete at launch.
