Battlefield Hardline will release in North America on March 17, 2015 and in the UK on March 20, 2015, EA has confirmed.
The new date means that Battlefield Hardline will go on sale 6 months after it was originally scheduled to launch on October 24.
Battlefield Hardline is the first game in the series to be led outside of DICE, with Dead Space creators Visceral Games leading development on the title.
The game puts a cops & robbers spin on the military-themed shooter, with players able to take up either side of the law in online battles.
Expect to hear more on the game during EA’s Q2 2015 earnings call later tonight.
