EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company is now playable on Xbox One via the backwards compatibility program.
Battlefield: Bad Company came out in 2008 to a decent reception, and received praise for the introduction of highly destructible environments. For the first time you could completely level a building and destroy the cover of your enemies thanks to the newly introduced Frostbite engine. Wow. Frostbite being a new engine. Oh, 2008.
Battlefield: Bad Company is now the third game from the EA shooters franchise to the backward compatibility program, following on from Battlefield 3 (you’ll still need your disc though) and the excellent Battlefield Bad Company 2.
