DICE has delayed the release of the latest title update for the PlayStation 4 version of Battlefield 4 to allow for “additional testing”.

The update had been due to roll out today. A new date for the patch has not been disclosed.

“The PS4 game update that was originally meant to go live Dec 3 is undergoing some additional testing and will be rescheduled for a later date,” said DICE. “We will get back with final details as soon as we have verification that the update is good to go.”

The title update had been expected to fix the ‘one-hit kill’ bug which registers the damage of a single bullet numerous times, enable audio in PS4 video captures, and fix a crash issue experienced by players with a large amount of friends.

An update for the PC version is still expected to launch today, with an Xbox One update due later this week.
