EA has released Battlefield 3: Aftershock onto the App Store.
The game is a spin-off of last year’s 8/10 scoring Battlefield 3, and contains a single multiplayer map that’s been sponsored by upcoming war flick Act of Valor. It won’t run on anything older than an iPhone 3GS.
Four weapons are available, and a fifth can be unlocked by watching a trailer.
Battlefield 3: Aftershock has been shown multiple times in the past, promising a single-player campaign and a wave-based survival mode. Will EA release these parts later as in-app purchases?
Is it good? We can’t say, but iTunes user “Askick” gave the one out of five stars, with the short but damaging review of “Mordern combet3 better”.
